All returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of arrival. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us with notification of the return and a tracking number. A refund will be processed once the item has arrived at our office.
Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for the return.
Cancellation for items that have already been shipped are subject to a 15% return fee as special arrangements must be made with the courier to facilitate the return of the item.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
We ship worldwide! Unless there’s something preventing packages from being sent to wherever you are, chances are we ship there.
If you see something on our Instagram and can’t find it here, there’s a good chance it’s not on the site. BUT feel free to contact us! We can setup an order directly for anything you see on Instagram provided it’s still available.
Business culture is a bit different in our region. When purchasing items online, it’s very common in Thailand to contact a person or store directly to purchase an item and pay via personal bank transfer. Most of our pieces are limited so there’s a good chance an item will sell out before we could put it on our website.
Our new pieces come in on a weekly basis, and doing photoshoots every week, selecting photos, uploading them, and creating product pages for each is a long process. Which is why our website updates are so few and far between.

We accept all major debit & credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Customers with Thai banking accounts can also pay via PromptPay, Internet & Mobile Banking, TrueWallet, and Shopee Pay.
Thai citizens can also opt for paying with installments at checkout for terms of 3 months or more. We are looking at other “buy now, pay later” options for our international customer base as well.
Please note: AliPay, WeChat Pay, and Thai based banking services require checking out in THB. Please select this at checkout if your current currency selection is not THB already.
It’s not that we don’t want to but all of the “shop now pay later” services we’ve looked at aren’t available to Thailand based businesses.
Orders within Southeast Asia ship free. Other countries start at $15 with an additional $5 to $15 for each additional piece depending on the shipping method chosen. Charges will vary depending on the destination country.
There may be slight variations in the price due to the USD/THB exchange rate. Usually +-1USD.
All orders will ship within 7 days though usually within 1-2. If it’s imperative we ship your order out as soon as possible please contact us after order placement.
– Economy Shipping – 9 to 21 days
– Standard Shipping – 6 to 8 days
– Express Shipping – 3 to 4 days
Domestic orders take 1 – 3 days depending on the province.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and another with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you don’t receive an e-mail from us please check your spam/junk mail folder, or contact us via direct message on Instagram with your order #.
You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with tracking details. Tap the tracking number inside. This will take you directly to the courier website’s tracking page with shipping updates.
Please check the tracking link in your e-mail prior to contacting us. If you selected economy shipping it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your package.

Accessing our website from outside of Thailand will display prices in USD by default. There is a currency switcher at the bottom of our website and within the navigation menu to change to THB. Checkout can be done in either USD or THB.
All of our work is done right here in Bangkok, Thailand. Most of the initial design and sewing work is done in-house at our home office.

Unless Panida is already a fan, usually the answer is no. We’ve been burned too many times by influencers who “love” our product and fail to follow through on our agreement.
If you’ve bought from us before and you genuinely do love our work then please do get in touch.
