Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide! Unless there’s something preventing packages from being sent to wherever you are, chances are we ship there.

Where is this piece on the site?

If you see something on our Instagram and can’t find it here, there’s a good chance it’s not on the site. BUT feel free to contact us! We can setup an order directly for anything you see on Instagram provided it’s still available.

Why isn't this piece on the site?

Business culture is a bit different in our region. When purchasing items online, it’s very common for Thais to contact a person or store directly to purchase an item and pay via personal bank transfer. Many of our pieces are limited so sometimes before we’ve even had a chance to put them on the website, we’ve sold out.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and Lay-buys. No account is necessary to make a purchase with either.

Customers based in Thailand can also pay via direct bank transfer. Customers outside of Thailand who choose this option will be contacted via e-mail to discuss ways to clear payment. We also have WeChat Pay and AliPay for customers in China.

Why don't you have AfterBuy?

It’s not that we don’t want to but all of the “shop now pay later” services we’ve looked at aren’t available to Thailand based businesses.

We do offer Lay-buys which isn’t quite the same but does allow you to pay in installments before we ship your order out.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders within Southeast Asia ship free. Outside of that most countries start at $25 with an additional $10 for each piece. Express shipping charges vary based on the destination country.

How long will delivery take?

All orders will ship within 7 days though usually within 1-2. If it’s imperative we ship your order out as soon as possible please contact us after order placement.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method.

International orders with standard shipping takes 6 – 9 days. Express shipping takes 2 – 7 days depending on the country with an average of 4 days. Please contact us if your order is taking longer to arrive than expected.

Domestic orders take 1 – 3 days depending on the province.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We respect your privacy and will never share your information with a third party for any reason except for matters pertaining to shipping and payment. You will only be sent promotional e-mails if you explicitly signed up for our mailing list.

Our store and payment gateways use a secure HTTPS/SSL connection to protect your information when using our site and during checkout.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and another with a tracking number once your order has shipped

If you don’t receive an e-mail from us please check your spam/junk mail folder.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with tracking details. A link inside will take you directly to the courier website’s tracking page with shipping updates.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you don’t. Otherwise, contact us.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of arrival. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us with notification of the return and a tracking number. A refund will be processed once the item has arrived at our office.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

What currency/dollar are your items priced in?

International orders are displayed and processed in USD. Domestic orders are displayed and processed in THB.

If for some reason the website is displaying pricing in THB and not USD, please contact us with the order total of the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Where are your pieces made?

All of our work is done right here in Bangkok, Thailand. Most of the initial design and sewing work is done in-house at our home office.

Do you have wholesale?

Please contact us directly for wholesale negotiations.

Are you interested in a collaboration?

Unless Panida is already a fan, usually the answer is no. We’ve been burned too many times by influencers who “love” our product and fail to follow through on our agreement.
