Shipping & Returns
Our items are NOT made-to-order unless specified. If you see a size available, it's in stock.
We use Registered Airmail, Aramex and TNT Express Mail as our methods for package delivery (except for China & Russia; express orders will be shipped through the EMS network).
Orders within Thailand are shipped free and take 1-2 days to arrive.
International shipment fees are based on the number of items purchased. Please see your options at checkout. Registered Airmail is free, Express options start at $25 and goes up by $10-15 dollars for each additional item depending on the destination country. Jackets and coats are $10-15 more on top of the standard express fee.
Registered Airmail** tracking numbers will initially only be usable through the Thai EMS website(http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en), but once the package reaches your country's borders you can then use the same tracking number at your home country's national postal service website for more detailed information(e.g. USPS, Hong Kong Post, Royal Mail, etc.). If your package is shipped via TNT, you can use their tracking website to follow your package from shipment to your door (https://www.tnt.com/express/en_gc/site/home/applications/tracking.html). If your package is shipped via Aramex you can use this website: https://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx
Please allow up to 1 week to shipment on all standard order items. If there is an issue with your order causing it take to longer, we will notify you via e-mail. We generally ship two times a week.
Our packages usually arrive within 9-21 days for orders shipped with Registered Airmail or 1-8 days with express mail depending on your location. If your order takes longer than this please feel free to contact us via e-mail with your order #, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Occasionally, some orders take longer than this, and although rare it does happen. Please note that once your package leaves our office, what happens to it is mostly out of our control. Please try contacting your local courier before filing a dispute with PayPal. Additionally, if your package is held up in customs WE ARE NOT responsible for any customs fees you may incur nor can we do anything regarding the time it may be held there. This does not happen often
** For certain countries, Registered Airmail tracking is only available up until the package leaves Thailand. As of now this only applies to Australia & Canada. We are not responsible if packages shipped with Registered Airmail are lost. If you are from one of the above countries, we strongly suggest using Express Mail to ensure your package arrives safely.
DO NOT order from us if you're going to be away from home during the delivery period. If your order is shipped back to us we will require an additional shipping fee.
All standard order merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days from it's arrival time with certain conditions:
- The product does not fit (too big or too small). If a replacement isn't available a refund will be given once the customer has shipped back the item(s) unless the customer chooses to wait for a restock.
- The product is damaged immensely upon arrival. If a replacement isn't available a refund will be given once the customer has shipped back the item(s) unless the customer chooses to wait for a restock.
- “One-Offs" cannot be returned, but will be refunded if lost during shipment.
- If your package was sent in a cardboard box, it must be shipped back to us in the original box we sent to you. If you ship back to us using a different box, we can be subject to customs tax. In this case an exchange cannot be made until we are reimbursed for the full amount of the customs tax. If you're obtaining a refund, the difference will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase refund.
- The buyer agrees to pay any return shipping fees.
All made to order items are not returnable. Made to order being anything that is made specifically for you either by size or design. If any item arrives damaged or has an issue upon arrival, you agree to ship it back to us for repair at your own expense. Repair does not include size modification unless an error was made on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs. If you do require repair or need to discuss an error made on our part, please contact us by e-mail and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Additionally, refunds will not be given for any other personal reasons. Made to order products can take 1-2 weeks to make or more if there is a lack of material available. We will do our best to ensure your order is taken care of as early as possible. If for some reason we are completely unable to fulfill your order, then and only then will we allow for a refund.
Please keep in mind that our work is truly hand-made and the majority of our pieces are "upcycled" or "modified originals". We use second-hand/vintage products in their creation. By ordering from us you agree that your piece will vary to some (usually very small) degree from what you see in the picture. If you want a piece of clothing that will be a complete replica of one of our models or *insert superstar name here*, perhaps we are not the brand for you. By no means are we saying that what you order will be of any less quality, but we ask that you understand our work and what goes into it.
