General Information

  • Our items are NOT made-to-order unless specified. If you see a size available, it's in stock.
  • Please allow up to 1 week for shipment on all standard order items.
  • All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Take a video while opening your package. This will help us assess any damage(s) and expedite the return process.

Return Conditions

Standard Order Merchandise: All standard order items can be exchanged or returned under the following conditions:

  1. Size Issues: If the product does not fit (too big or too small), you may exchange it for a different size. If a replacement isn't available, a refund will be issued once the item is returned, unless you choose to wait for a restock.

  2. Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. If a replacement isn't available, a refund will be issued once the item is returned, unless you choose to wait for a restock.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please ship items back in the original packaging to avoid customs fees. If a different box is used, we may incur customs tax, which will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Restocking Fee: Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for the return.

Made-to-Order Items:

  • All made-to-order items are non-returnable. This includes items made specifically for you by size or design.
  • If a made-to-order item arrives damaged, you are responsible for return shipping for repairs. We will cover return shipping costs only if an error was made on our part.
  • Refunds for made-to-order items will only be issued if we are completely unable to fulfill your order.
  • Please note that made-to-order items may take longer to produce (1-2 weeks or more) and are crafted uniquely for each customer, which is why they are not eligible for returns.

Additional Notes

  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations for items that have already been shipped are subject to a 15% return fee due to special arrangements with the courier.
  • Please understand that our products are hand-made and often utilize upcycled or modified originals. Variations from the images shown are expected and part of the unique nature of our work.
